About
Hello!
As an exercise physiologist, I understand that pain, reduced mobility, or even the fear of losing independence can limit your ability to live the life you want.
Whether you're dealing with lower back pain, managing high glucose levels, or simply want to build the strength needed to move confidently through daily tasks, I tailor your exercise program with your specific needs in mind.
Discuss with me your goals and exercise preferences so we can find a plan that will work with you and your life. Book your initial appointment now.
